Full-stack telehealth platform build: website, GHL CRM, AdvancedMD EMR integration, patient portal, social media, and marketing funnels for Activ8 Telemedicine.
Main website, landing pages, V2 redesign, and mobile app UI/UX
Main, Hormones, and Digestive Health landing pages built and deployed to Vercel staging. Ready for content review and feedback.
Full homepage deployed to activ8-seven.vercel.app. Includes hero, services, pathway, testimonials, FAQ, and CTA sections.
Homepage + service page concepts shared via Figma prototype link on Mar 24. Structure, color scheme, and user flow approved for development.
Enhanced version with updated visual direction (attached V2 PDF). Developers are building on localhost as per Ariel's feedback. Color palette: teal/seafoam primary, clean medical aesthetic. Target: live by mid-next-week.
Patient-facing mobile/web app concept in Figma. Shows portal login, appointment booking, lab results, messaging interface. Needs Mike/Ariel feedback on scope before dev starts.
Open in Figma →Feedback received via David on Mar 24:
• Remove old clinic logo from Ariel's lab coat photo (AI edit/Photoshop)
• Replace male provider image with female stock photo
• Sub-headline: remove personal name, use scalable language
• Lead with "GLP-1/Weight Loss" not "peptide therapy"
• Headline approved as-is ✅
GHL agency setup, sub-accounts, automations, funnels, and A2P verification
Decision made: new agency account under Mike, white-labeled, clean and separate from Julio's existing GHL. Waleed has full control to customize and build freely.
Sub-account provisioned under Mike's agency. Admin access added for Julio (ReplyBoost) for A2P verification.
Comprehensive GHL configuration in progress: funnels, automations, pipelines, booking calendars, form integrations, and communication workflows. Complete setup targeting end of day Monday, April 7.
Julio (ReplyBoost) handling A2P verification for the Activ8 Med sub-account. Corp details submitted. Verification typically takes 3-7 business days. Status: in process.
Full integration plan documented: GHL form submission/booking triggers webhook → middleware formats data → AdvancedMD API creates patient + appointment. Covers patient info, appointment data, and optional intake fields.
Electronic medical records, patient intake, forms, and EMR integration
Ariel created AdvancedMD login for Waleed per Mike's request. Office Key: 158314. Full access to explore EMR structure, fields, and integration points.
Ariel provided complete men's health paperwork: consents, intake & ED assessment, male medical intake & consents. These serve as the model template for all future intake forms.
Structure confirmed: shared intake (demographics, history, meds) + condition-specific segments (ED, hormones, gut, weight loss) + consents/policies. Men's health first, then replicate across other services.
Priority 1: Notifications & alerts — instant alerts for bookings, form submissions, cancellations; daily digest
Priority 2: Patient intake automation — auto-delivery after booking, completion tracking, reminder sequences
Priority 3: Appointment reminders — 72hr/24hr/1hr automated sequence
Priority 4: Patient portal — CMS backend, self-service labs/appts/Rx/visit summaries
Domain, DNS, DKIM, hosting, email, and technical setup
activ8telimed.com successfully transferred. Ariel provided authorization code on Mar 24. Mike now fully owns the domain on his GoDaddy account.
DKIM key generated, TXT record added to GoDaddy DNS, verified via MXToolbox. Email authentication fully operational.
Mike granted GoDaddy account access to Waleed on Mar 16. Full DNS and domain management capability.
Email account confirmation completed for AdvancedMD products on Mar 16. Waleed has full EMR system access.
Website is ready on staging but needs webhosting credentials from Mike Denno to deploy to Ariel's production domain (activ8telimed.com).
We need access to the existing Zapier account to build automations between GHL and AdvancedMD. Waleed can create a separate workspace inside it. Julio confirmed there is no existing Zapier account (as of Mar 26) — Mike needs to either provide access to an existing one or we need to create a new account.
To deploy the website from staging (Vercel) to the live production domain (activ8telimed.com), we need the webhosting credentials. The domain is on Mike's GoDaddy, but we need DNS pointed to our hosting or credentials to deploy directly. Once provided, deployment takes less than 24 hours.
David asked Ariel on Mar 26 for patient portal requirements: what data patients should access (labs, appointments, Rx, visit summaries?), must-haves (messaging, payments, questionnaires?), and mobile vs web priority. Response needed to finalize app V1 design and development scope.
Once webhosting credentials received → deploy V2 website to activ8telimed.com. Connect Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console for SEO and ad tracking.
Implement the drafted integration plan: webhook triggers, middleware (Zapier/Make), API calls to AdvancedMD. Auto-create patients and appointments. Needs Zapier access first.
Auto-deliver intake forms after booking. Completion tracking dashboard. Reminder sequences (48hr/24hr/2hr). Pre-populate AdvancedMD patient charts.
Instant email + SMS to Ariel for: new bookings, form submissions, cancellations. Daily morning digest. Incomplete intake flags with auto-reminders to patients.
Automated multi-step: 72hr confirmation + intake link → 24hr reminder + telehealth link → 1hr final reminder. Reduces no-shows significantly.
Self-service portal: view labs, appointments, Rx history, visit summaries. CMS backend for admin. Mobile-first design. Waiting on scope from Ariel.
