Full-stack telehealth platform build: website, GHL CRM, AdvancedMD EMR integration, patient portal, social media, and marketing funnels for Activ8 Telemedicine.
Main website, landing pages, V2 redesign, and mobile app UI/UX
Main, Hormones, and Digestive Health landing pages built and deployed to Vercel staging. Ready for content review and feedback.
Full homepage deployed to activ8-seven.vercel.app. Includes hero, services, pathway, testimonials, FAQ, and CTA sections.
Homepage + service page concepts shared via Figma prototype link on Mar 24. Structure, color scheme, and user flow approved for development.
Enhanced version with updated visual direction (attached V2 PDF). Developers are building on localhost as per Ariel's feedback. Color palette: teal/seafoam primary, clean medical aesthetic. Target: live by mid-next-week.
Complete app architecture mapped after Ariel zoom walkthrough. 20+ screens across 3 portals: Patient (9 screens), Provider Dashboard (7 screens), Admin/MA (4 screens). Includes video visit integration, Freed AI scribe, preset lab panels, split-screen charting. Ready for Figma design.
Open in Figma →Feedback received via David on Mar 24:
• Remove old clinic logo from Ariel's lab coat photo (AI edit/Photoshop)
• Replace male provider image with female stock photo
• Sub-headline: remove personal name, use scalable language
• Lead with "GLP-1/Weight Loss" not "peptide therapy"
• Headline approved as-is ✅
Patient portal, provider dashboard, admin portal — fully custom, synced with AdvancedMD
Live zoom session with Ariel walking through the full AdvancedMD flow: patient booking → intake → consents → video visit → charting → post-visit summary → lab ordering → prescriptions → payment processing. All pain points documented.
Complete patient app architecture: Onboarding/signup → Home dashboard (with visit summary card) → Appointments (summaries under appointments per Ariel's request) → Secure messaging (with attachments) → Lab results (with trend charts) → Documents → Payments → Profile → Video visit (doxy.me)
Ariel's custom dashboard: Today's schedule → Patient charts (7 tabs) → Charting with note templates (initial male/female/follow-up) → Split-screen video visit (video + charting simultaneous) → Scheduling → Inbox → Lab management. Includes Freed AI scribe integration, dot phrases, preset lab panels, data carry-forward.
Medical assistant dashboard for operations support: Admin dashboard → Payment processing (batch + individual) → Scheduling support (book/edit on behalf of patients) → Patient support (triage messages, document verification, tech help).
Designers building full Figma mockups for all 3 portals based on completed spec. Target: first round of mockups by end of next week (April 25). Will be shared with Ariel/Mike/David for approval before development begins.
Dev team recommends doxy.me for cleaner UI/UX and simpler integration. Both are HIPAA compliant. Ariel currently uses Zoom Health via AdvancedMD. Needs client decision before video integration begins.
App includes one-click lab ordering with preset panels. Ariel needs to define which specific tests go in each panel: Men's Hormones, Women's Hormones, Comprehensive Wellness, GLP-1 Monitoring. Custom panel builder also included.
AI scribe for auto-generating visit notes during consultations. Ariel plans to use Freed AI. Team researching API availability for embedding into custom provider dashboard. HIPAA compliant. Alternative: build custom AI scribe using OpenAI Whisper.
GHL agency setup, sub-accounts, automations, funnels, and A2P verification
Decision made: new agency account under Mike, white-labeled, clean and separate from Julio's existing GHL. Waleed has full control to customize and build freely.
Sub-account provisioned under Mike's agency. Admin access added for Julio (ReplyBoost) for A2P verification.
Comprehensive GHL configuration in progress: funnels, automations, pipelines, booking calendars, form integrations, and communication workflows. Complete setup targeting end of day Monday, April 7.
A2P 10DLC registration approved. SMS/MMS messaging through GHL is now fully operational. No carrier blocks. Julio (ReplyBoost) handled verification successfully.
Full integration plan documented: GHL form submission/booking triggers webhook → Zapier (access now confirmed ✅) formats data → AdvancedMD API creates patient + appointment. Covers patient info, appointment data, and optional intake fields. Ready to implement.
Electronic medical records, patient intake, forms, and EMR integration
Ariel created AdvancedMD login for Waleed per Mike's request. Office Key: 158314. Full access to explore EMR structure, fields, and integration points.
Ariel provided complete men's health paperwork: consents, intake & ED assessment, male medical intake & consents. These serve as the model template for all future intake forms.
Structure confirmed: shared intake (demographics, history, meds) + condition-specific segments (ED, hormones, gut, weight loss) + consents/policies. Men's health first, then replicate across other services.
Captured April 19 via live zoom walkthrough:
• Visit summaries under Appointments (fewer clicks)
• Preset lab panels (men/women hormones, comprehensive, GLP-1)
• Note templates with data carry-forward
• Dot phrases / smart keys for charting
• Freed AI scribe integration
• Split-screen video + charting
• Simplified template selection (4 clean cards vs clunky dropdown)
• Payment auto-processing via CPT codes
Domain, DNS, DKIM, hosting, email, and technical setup
activ8telimed.com successfully transferred. Ariel provided authorization code on Mar 24. Mike now fully owns the domain on his GoDaddy account.
DKIM key generated, TXT record added to GoDaddy DNS, verified via MXToolbox. Email authentication fully operational.
Mike granted GoDaddy account access to Waleed on Mar 16. Full DNS and domain management capability.
Email account confirmation completed for AdvancedMD products on Mar 16. Waleed has full EMR system access.
Website is ready on staging but needs webhosting credentials from Mike Denno to deploy to Ariel's production domain (activ8telimed.com).
To deploy the website from staging (Vercel) to the live production domain (activ8telimed.com), we need the webhosting credentials. The domain is on Mike's GoDaddy, but we need DNS pointed to our hosting or credentials to deploy directly. Once provided, deployment takes less than 24 hours.
Once webhosting credentials received → deploy V2 website to activ8telimed.com. Connect Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console for SEO and ad tracking.
Implement the drafted integration plan: webhook triggers, middleware (Zapier/Make), API calls to AdvancedMD. Auto-create patients and appointments. Needs Zapier access first.
Auto-deliver intake forms after booking. Completion tracking dashboard. Reminder sequences (48hr/24hr/2hr). Pre-populate AdvancedMD patient charts.
Instant email + SMS to Ariel for: new bookings, form submissions, cancellations. Daily morning digest. Incomplete intake flags with auto-reminders to patients.
Automated multi-step: 72hr confirmation + intake link → 24hr reminder + telehealth link → 1hr final reminder. Reduces no-shows significantly.
Scope fully defined from Ariel zoom call. 9-screen patient app with: home dashboard, appointment booking + visit summaries, secure messaging with attachments, lab results with trend charts, document management, in-app payments, video visits via doxy.me. Figma mockups in progress.
7-screen provider portal replacing AdvancedMD's clunky frontend. Unified scheduling + charting (no more two windows). Split-screen video + charting. Freed AI scribe. Preset lab panels. Note templates with data carry-forward. Design phase begins after patient portal mockups approved.
4-screen web portal for future medical assistant: payment processing (batch + individual), scheduling on behalf of patients, patient support/triage, document verification. Timing depends on MA hire.
API research for embedding Freed AI (HIPAA-compliant AI note-taking) into provider dashboard. Auto-generates HPI and treatment plan during video visits. Ariel currently plans to use Freed as standalone — our goal is to integrate directly.
HIPAA-compliant video calling embedded in both patient and provider apps. Dev team recommends doxy.me for cleaner UX. Needs final client decision before build starts.
Rebuild Instagram, Facebook, TikTok with unified visual identity. Create YouTube channel. All platforms matching website brand kit.
4th service line confirmed. Dedicated landing page to be built after GLP-1/Weight Loss is established as primary offer.
